TEAM NUMBERS
You will check-in with your team number to make the process go quicker. Please take a look at your team number on the page from the link below.
CHECK-IN
Find Victoria!
Find Victoria to check-in by 8:30am. She will be at the booth or at her court (which you can find on the whiteboard).
Head To Your Net
Head to your court number and set the net up with the other 10 people on your court and then begin warming up.
Wait For Announcement
Wait for the announcement by Victoria at 9:00am near the booth in front before starting your games.
SIGN-UP GEAR
This tournament we will have a selection of Turkish beach towels with the SBVA logo. The earlier you arrive the more color choices you will have!
SCHEDULE
BY 8:00 AM – PLAYERS WITH NETS ARRIVE, check-in & see where Victoria wants your net up.
8:30 AM – ALL PLAYERS ARRIVE, check-in & help with anything left to do.
(DO NOT BE LATE!!!) (If you are running behind text me 203-918-1304. I will try to answer as soon as possible as I will be setting up).
9:00 AM – 12:30 PM – Pool Games (Games to 21 – Win by 1 at 21)
1:30 PM – 3:00 PM – Playoffs. (1 Game to 21 – Win by 2 – Cap 25 Points)
3:30 PM – Championship Game
3:30 PM – Help Assist Victoria with Clean Up

Lunch Provided
Lunch will arrive right before regular games are finished. Head to the tent to grab some food and drinks.
Group Photo
I always forget group photos so I am adding it to the schedule to get a group photo after regular games conclude.
Announcement
I will have a brief announcement before moving into playoffs. Seeds will be on the spreadsheet and at the tent.
RAFFLE TICKETS & PRIZES
The raffle will be hosted after the tournament at our sponsor bar, Mavericks.
The raffle will begin at 5pm and winners will be announced at 6pm. Raffle prizes include yeti coolers, beach chairs, yoga mats, and more!
All raffle ticket money goes towards charity. The charity is ‘Partnership to End Addiction‘. You can buy raffle tickets throughout the day. All prizes will be called before the championship game.
Purchase Tickets
You can purchase tickets during the tournament or when you arrive at Mavericks. 1 ticket = $3, 5 tickets = $12, 10 tickets = $20. I will accept venmo if you do not have cash, @victoriakelly92.
Select Prizes
Once you receive your raffle tickets, select which prizes you want to put your tickets in. Write your name clearly on your tickets and keep the other half.
Winner Selection
We will select winners at 6pm at Mavericks. You have to be present to win the prize. Thank you to our local sponsors for providing prizes for our charity raffle. Reach out if you would like to sponsor!

CLEAN-UP & AFTER BAR
Net Take Down
As the day goes on we will be using less nets. After the second round of playoffs, nets will be unused. Please help take all of them down if you lose the first round and then you can free play on any open nets.
Clean Up Help
Running tournaments alone is very difficult. I need help taking the nets and tents down & bringing things to my car. To provide incentive if you bring a packed up net to me I will give you $5 off your next tourney.
After Bar
Mavericks! We will begin the raffle at 5pm and the winners will be announced at 6pm. You have to be present to win a prize! All tourney participants will receive one ticket and then you can purchase more.
